This was our forest trip to In N It and it was a great experience. The workers were friendly and patient as we figured out our our order. The food came out quickly and accurately. Animal fries were excellent and we really enjoyed the burgers (I still personally prefer five guys but this was pretty darn good!) For the next time we go, I would definitely do grilled onions rather than raw but overall delicious!

So clean! Bright and friendly atmosphere. The waitress helped us bring our milkshakes to our table and when she saw our kids she asked if they wanted coloring activity pages. Not only did she bring the pages but she also brought them each a paper hat which they loved!

This In & Out is not as busy as the others. It took only about 15 minutes at the drive-thru. I actually ordered 2 animal style double double, but I got only 1 of them. The burger was big and had my extra pickles and tomatoes on it. The fries were hot and delicious. I will definitely come back here again. Hopefully, I will get 2 of my double doubles this time.

Go here all the time, great food, decent price, no complaints. Definitely better than a lot of burgers within the same price range. They give high quality burgers, yet it’s fast food (though not fast, I just mean drive-thru and good price). Love this place, can’t recall a bad experience or mistake and I go here (and to other locations) all the time.

for its price, you can’t beat it!! Only downfall is the long wait for the drive-thru. The fries are decent but make sure you get them with cheese or animal style for a more savory experience!

Phenomenal Service! Took our in-laws to In and out for their first time and was greeted by some of the best service we have seen in San Diego and at fast food restaurants in general! We all enjoyed our food, various options of animal style and some protein styles. They had stickers and hats for the kids. Shout out to Barbara and Tate for making our visit super special. They went above and beyond! Place was super clean and the food was excellent.

In n Out is always bomb at every location but this location on Friars has the best service. The tall Asian dude with a deep voice was very friendly and approachable. He took my order quickly and efficiently and after I finished my delicious meal he did a walk through the restaurant cleaning tables and even offered to take my dirty try away. Great food even better service. Thanks my dude.

This newest location opened in early 2022, brand new building where old steakhouse was located. Plenty of parkings, restaurant staffs are always working hard and pleasant, clean restaurant. Best overall value fast food burger you can get!! Cheeseburger, fries and a vanilla shake for under $10. Patties are never frozen, fries are freshly cut everyday. I don’t use the drive through, I think it’s faster to just walk in and order

This location has some team.building to do. They seem fine, but you can still see a bit of employees not really knowing what they should be doing. I’m not sure who is managing the place. I can see that leadership is a factor here. Great food, okay service, but hopefully, that changes as the employees gain more experience.
