I hadn’t been to this Gus Jr in over 2 years since I no longer live in SB. I passed by today for a quick bite & the cashier Jose hands down had the best customer service I’ve ever come across. I felt the need to leave a review because now a days it’s hard to come across such a positive attitude especially since the location of the restaurant is not in the safest part of the city. Food was also yummy as always!

We came for lunch. My mother and I ordered a breakfast plate and a Baja salad to share. We never got the breakfast plate brought out to us. Half an hour later I went up to ask for my money back for the breakfast we never got because we got full with the salad at that point. They gave me the money back for the breakfast without a single apology. I was extremely disappointed by the customer service we received. On the other hand, the Baja salad was delicious.

Although the food was good but not great customer service Jill the mood for dining in . The staff is very rude at point of ordering as if you were asking for some thing for free . If you’re looking for a good pastrami sandwich go to bobo’s they’re better and you will be treated better . Half the the amount of meat on the pastrami compared to bobo’s .

I ordered a pastrami sandwich and told them no pickles in it and they put a lot of pickles and the bread was hard and not soft. Plus there was no one inside and they don’t even have restrooms for paying customers

Been living here my whole life drove by tons of times never stopped until my gf wanted to try new chicken strips places so we got some and I ordered a California burrito with asada meat it was super good best one out here to be honest chicken strips were a little to cooked but really good flavor still also fries where tasty and well cooked lady at drive thru was nice and polite did see some homeless people like some people mentioned before not much they can do to remove them not restaurants fault will be back
