Authentic Korean food! We got generous Korean pickles with rice which I love . The reason I took one star is because the hot pot dish was not so flavorful ( l needed salt and soy sauce to add) and it had very little shredded beef. Also I wish they would offer more small dishes like a soup and salad. But overall it’s a good restaurant we’re definitely going back.

Had dinner with my girls at this place recently which was a first for most of us. The food was very fresh, plated well and everything we ordered was delicious! The restaurant was very clean and we enjoyed the ambiance. And the staff were very friendly and helpful. We will absolutely be back! Can’t wait.

The food was delicious! The staff was friendly and welcoming. The waitress was the nicest waitstaff I have ever interacted with. I accidentally dropped my chopsticks onto the floor and I was immediately brought a new pair without even having to ask.

Tasty food. Our waiter was so chill, helpful, and attentive. Brought us more kimchi and we were able to order more meats. They are cooked for you at table.

The side dish here is little different than other Korean restaurants (bamboo shoot, savory and sweet “red” bean). They are good. I had to ask waitress for more.

Food was great expect for the dessert with it being a on the burnt side. Customer service not so great. Took 30 minutes for anyone to check up on our table. No drink refills, given check without offering dessert.

We came as a group of 8 for work lunches. One coworker couldn’t come with us, so I tried to order bulgogi from the lunch menu to go. And got told they couldn’t do it. And I have to buy the 39$ bulgogi to go. And there is no other customer in this restaurant. Just my experience.

This is my worst Korean bbq experience. The waitress is impatient. She didn’t even ask us if we want to eat the dish at the moment. She started pouring everything into the grill without properly placing each slice of meat so that most of the meat got stick together. This is unprofessional. From the way she served us, I can clearly tell that she can’t wait for us to finish our food and leave. Regardless the service, the food has poor portion and bad quality as well. Even more surprisingly, she brought us a pre-cooked chicken, which are supposed to cook in our grill. Probably this restaurant does not fully understand how Korean barbecue works. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place to have Korean bbq.

Namu was clean in appearance and had a large dining room. Covid has been hard on everyone especially hospitality venues so when I arrived ,at 5:30 pm, aside from employees the place was empty. I was excited about trying the spicy fried chicken. First I was served the sides.. all were tasty.. my waitress was fine and the Host was attentive.. I expected “fried chicken” legs and such but instead I got fried chicken wings.. The sauce made the dish and it was the perfect balance of sweet and spicy. But for me it was overcooked and the chicken a bit dry. The sides provided the needed balance to cut the richness of the dish. But that’s all you get.. I ordered a bowl of rice a la carte because I was drinking Soju , mango apple flavored, Both were very good.
