Not your typical Vietnamese, extensive menu of unique noodle soups and rice dishes not seen at other restaurants. French-Vietnamese options available.

Very tasty pho and generous portion, the beef carpaccio was so good, although it’s slightly different than how other places serve, the sauce would be a little bit blend, but the beef was very fresh. Service was great, the waiter was warmhearted, very nice lady. I will definitely come back and try more items from their menu, this can be my goto pho if I’m in town

Excellent food. Good flavors, Fast service, generous portions and reasonable. Price. We ordered #21 the spicy beef noodle soup and the #17 regular pho. Meat to noodle ratio was excellent. Definitely coming back.

Great new Vietnamese restaurant at a very affordable price! We had the spicy pork and beef noodle soup, shrimp salad, and springs rolls. Everything was delicious and filling! The noodle soup had an enormous piece of pork that coulve been a meal on its own! The staff was very friendly and professional. Highly recommend!

Sign says they are newly opened so I stoped in for lunch. I got two soups one beef and one chicken. The staff were very friendly and caring. The service was fast. The venue was clean. I ordered large soups and they are really large. I am not a fan of large screen tv in my dinning area as I’m there to eat not watch some insipid tv show. The broth for the beef soup was weaker than I typically like, so my recommendation is to try some of the classic non soup dishes they offer.

Decided to try this new vietnamese restaurant especially since they had bun rieu on their menu. Ordered the imperial rolls, pork chop with rice, 5 spice chicken with vermicelli, and large bun rieu to go(their take out menu numbers are different from their regular menu numbers, so don’t get confused!). The food was ready in about 15 minutes. Inside was a lot bigger than the outside lets you think. Theres a good amount of tables and it is very clean inside. The food was well packaged and the large noodle soup was a generous portion. I was a little disappointed that the imperial rolls only came with 2 rolls, but they were pretty tasty. I liked that they put fried shallots with the noodles it came with. The vermicelli noodles did not come with fish sauce which we thought was a bit odd, but at least we had some from the other dishes. The pork chops were a bit small, but it did come with 3 pieces. The bun rieu came with fried tofu and crab/pork meatballs. The presentation of the meals were good but I think the meals lacked flavor overall. The noodles were a bit bland even though there was a strong crab smell. Even the vermicelli was quite bland. While I do hope to come again and eat in their restaurant, I wish their dishes had a bit more flavor.

When I first went, it felt like a home cooked meal.

Nice pho, not sure what to make of imperial rolls (first time). Nice basil, jalapeno, and sprouts toppings for the pho. I would like to have seen more combinations for the pho, but the brisket and rare combo I had was fine.
