I have been no place where they charge you over 50 cents for a side of Guacamole, maybe 75 cents, but over a $1.50 and what they gave you is not enough. To change a taco dressing from jalapenos ranch to regular Ranch, we were charged again. Why??

Only 1 person taking orders, both inside and drive thru, so it took longer than normal. The gal ahead of us had come in from the drive thru cause she didn’t receive some items she had ordered. After ordering, we waited at least 10 to 15 minutes before we got our order. The food was not hot. They made new tacos. They were hotter. Too much jabber jawing and not enough work.

Service has not been the same since the new owners took over. Drive thru has gotten slower, and the food seems to taste different. Use to be the best taco John’s around. Now it’s just like any other one in the area.

The operations are at a complete shambles. Went inside as the DT line was to the street but somehow the chaos inside was beyond the control of any of the staff. Constant complaining inside and arguing among the team. After waiting inside for 40 minutes it was a sad disappointment.
