Awesome little place. Exceptional prices. Most of all they make you feel like family. Best breakfast & wings in town.

For the price $8 bucks for a BEC and Vitamin water I think great. The lady who cooked my food was very nice. Sort of a dive spot but I like it. Convience store / breakfast / lunch spot. Looks like it gets busy very nice menu offering. Will be back!

The ONLY place to eat near the water in Highlands. Food and portions are exceptional, as is the service. I’ve eaten at every other restaurant (well, all but two) and and this gem is a great local diner/lunch counter alternative to overpriced and poor service establishments in the area.

We went for a late breakfast and sat at the counter opposite the grill with only one other customer in the store. My wife’s eggs and sausage came before her English muffin (we had to ask about the muffin) and well before my omelette had even been scrambled. Omelette came with nothing…no toast, no hash browns…for $7.95 even though an egg and meat platter does come with both toast and hash browns for $7.95. Food tasted okay; wife’s medium eggs were pretty runny. It’s an interesting place that we won’t return to.

A great place to grab some classic American diner food right in downtown Highlands. I went there a lot this winter and staff were always fantastically accommodating and friendly.

Disclaimer: I dont care about anyone’s opinion, i dont need a commentary on what im about to say, but you DO NOT touch the ingredients you’re using to make somebody else’s sandwhich without gloves on. Thats insane. I seen the woman working behind the counter make my sandwhich and touch each and everything she put on it with her bare hands. No washing, no sanitizing, nothing. She even had a box of gloves in front of her while she was making my sandwhich. I didnt want to cause a scene, so i purchased it, walked out and threw it right out. Ill never come back here again. Im disgusted beyond belief. If you think its fine for somebody to put their nasty greasy hands on food for customer and serve it to them, then you have very….VERY low standards and i feel very sorry for you. That is all.
