Stopped by to make up for the last one we weentry. The food was fresh & tasty. The only problem was it took a very long time to receive. Your food delivery people were held up on their deliveries. There are a couple of kiosk machines to also place your order. The place was clean. Restrooms were available. Medium-sized parking lot with handicap parking right in front of enrty.

They are regularly out of important items. They are unaware of what ingredients the items need. They’ve no idea how to wrap nor cut items properly. Easily the worst Taco Bell in the area. People are better off going to the Taco Bell on International Speedway Blvd.

Gone here several times and my order is consistently wrong. No matter how many times I confirm or repeat it, it’s wrong. No sour cream? They add it. No lettuce? You’re getting lettuce. Good customer service? Lol no. They don’t even say you’re welcome when you thank them. Rude and incompetent staff. Can’t wait to see the automated response from Taco Bell. Save yourself the headache and go to Tiajuana Flats on ISB.

The first Taco Bell out of many this one had the RUDEST employees as well as the manager ever seen in any fast food restaurant. The boxes were hard to handle as they were hard to carry more then 1 and when asked for a bag they didn’t want to give a bag so the box bent and the chips fell to the floor. This was not a small order so a bag would have helped since it was one person carrying all the food. So when my son asked for another tiny bag of small chips (6 at best) he was rudely told NO. This is the worst store ever went to. They raised their voice to him. Is this how your stores treat customers????? This store should be shut down. Facebook, Twitter etc…. will hear about this horrible place with very rude employees/management!!! I will be contacting the news channel so they can report this store on the news for all customers to beware! The food was also horrible, very sloppy and little to no meat on the soft taco or burrito Supreme… total garbage. This is my first time ever writing a total bad review on any restaurant. I am usually very fair, but loud insults and rudeness, there is no excuse!!! That store is trash! Corporate has been sent a message.

If I could put zero stars I would. I had an horrible experience with this location it’s sad. The poor work ethic and poor customer service from the night crew is very disappointing to say the least. I approached the speaker and waited for a few minutes. After no answers and 3 more cars pulling behind me I decided to approach to window because initially I thought it was closed until I looked up the hours online and called. After being at the window for a minute a worker who reported her name as Genesis opened the window. I asked if they were open and she stated, we only have tacos, because she didn’t answer the question the was initially asked I asked again are you guys closed. I proceeded to tell her I would like 2 tacos she stated I would need to drive around and get back in line behind 3 other cars because she can’t take orders at the window although, I was at the speaker for several minutes and no one answered. I advised that I would not be going to the speaker again and waiting as I was already at the speaker and I shouldn’t have to leave the window to wait behind 3 cars when I was the first one in line . She stated if I didn’t leave the window she would call the police and I advised her to because I did nothing wrong.

08/06/23 at the drive through for breakfast. Made my order and restated my request only to have a very rude associate tell me “ Did you look at the screen? I got that already”. I responded with “ Wait a second ma’am, very sorry but I did not see that when I asked. They knew I was upset as well as my wife who was also in the car. We decided to just leave… My wife called 10 plus times afterwards to just get the manager. Manager refused to give her name or the corporate number. Nobody on this shift deserves to be employed. I will go out of my way to make sure nobody I know ever goes there as well. Disgrace they hire trash like this. I understand help is hard to get, but the owners should know about this. We will be on the phone tomorrow at 11am when they open…

I went there on my lunch break, most people get 30 minutes to an hour for a lunch break. I had to wait 20 MINUTES, just to receive my food. Went up and asked for a manager, the employee said nothing, walked away to grab the manager. Manager came back, and pretty much said “Well we’re busy in the drive thru and understaffed”.

Your store is horrible i sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes for a doordash order when the store close at 1am a employee walked up to the window rolled her eyes and walked away. If your not going to do your job don’t pick up shifts or stay home
