Place an online order for a 1/2 chicken & 1/2 steak burrito bowl. The bowl had more rice then anything. There were 2 big rice clump in the bowl and barely any chicken, steak or lettuce. So, I basically paid $15 for rice . Now that’s insane. I won’t be ordering online again.

A chipotle in this area was really needed, the ones nearby were always pack and was a pain to order or go to them. The location is great, the inside is clean and everything was in stock, including their menu offerings and drink offerings. Service was a little slow, but the food tasted the way it’s supposed to taste, great! The dine in area was clean however as for 6/30/2020 there was no ac making the dine in experience not very good.

Liars and thieves. Only had one bag out for me when I went there to pick up my order got home 48 minutes away. They said I left a bag there. I asked to speak to somebody above themselves. They said that they are the top person that if I have a problem to call somewhere else so I can get my refund when it was their responsibility to have both bags out at the time. Not one and then one after once, I’ve already picked one up the manager instead of rectify the situation said oh well. With that being said, this is the third time that I’ve had food from there the first time there was a hair inside. I didn’t say anything second time my food got missed placed. Third time the bag was left behind. There was only one bag on the shelf. So now my food is sitting there, and they refuse to give me a refund. Again, they are a bunch of thieves and liars and I promise you I will be contacting corporate.

This Chipotle by far is one of my favorites. The staff here is really kind and personable, I am always welcomed in when walking in the door. The food line was stocked (with the exception of guac due to a shortage of avocados) but I rarely ever add guac anyway. The seating area is also very clean, which I can always appreciate. Not to mention they have a drive thru, which is extra convenient on the go. Highly would recommend this location for any Chipotle lovers out there.

I went into this chipotle to pick up food on Wednesday, I ordered a large drink separately and was charged $9.58! Also the food area was messy. I went back last night through the drive thru, the employee did not say one word to me the whole interaction. This chipotle is dirty, the workers are rude and scammers.
