We tried the new spicy garlic epic stuffed crust pizza and were quite suprised and disappointed with the amount of grease under and on this pizza. We love Papa Johns and normally get the regular epic stuffed crust because in the past at other locations there was next to no grease under the pizza. I’m not sure if it’s because of the added garlic, but definitely a one and done. Tasted great if you can get past the floppy grease pizza.

Reaching out to the chain of management for complaints and services received goes unnoticed and not handled in a professional manner. People working here do not care for the work they do, simply doing it for a hobby and pay. The work, service and food proves it.

Yuck! Digorno would have been better and cheaper. Pizza was way under cooked, toppings wrong, cinnamon bites were burnt. The most expensive pizza chain for complete garbage.

Absolute joke. Customer service and edible food? You only get one or the other, never both (and sometimes neither). Then they will send you a coupon for a free pizza that says “we can do better”, but what they mean is that they can do better at messing up. I’m on my 4th “we can do better” coupon… And I seriously had the store call the police on me for not wanting to pay for the incorrect product delivered after the WORST customer service. Seriously done at this point. Going to bed hungry and that’s ok. I don’t want anymore apologies or “free” pizzas. All I want is to literally give my money to anyone making food other than this Papa John’s.

Honestly I don’t eat pizza very much, I don’t even really like it, but Papa John’s has some good stuff. Pizza was done in 5 minutes and they have cookies too, I didn’t even know that. Great place for a quick meal. Also there are only 2 chairs inside for customers waiting so don’t go there looking for an eat-in experience.

Pizza is pretty good but the toppings and cheese separated from the pizza and completely came apart and this was while it was still hot. I had a coupon for free pizza and just adding 2 toppings and 4 garlic butter my total was $7 and change. Don’t feel the price is worth the quality. There is better pizza for the price in the area.

We will never order from this Papa Johns again! Its been almost 2 months and we have yet to hear back from the franchise owner or corporate office. If we could give 0 stars honestly we would. We have never had such a bad customer service experience. To add to the rude management and cold pizza delivery we also received our order of jalepenos on the side in a crumpled up foil ball which seemed extremely unsanitary! Save yourself from this location and just take the time drive to another one. Im sure you wouldn’t regret it.
