Ordered a family meal of leg and thighs to go and ended up with 4 chicken strips instead. I went back to fix the order and had me waiting minutes for the manager when no one else was there but me. I saw how filthy their work environment was and the employees showed no initiative to fix my order because the manager was too busy and while I was waiting, one of them was on their phone. I ended getting a refund because of the poor hygenic environment and poor customer service. This happened 12/3/2022 around 2 P.M.

Just went through the drive thru today and ordered my food. The guy at the window has absolutely no customer service very friendly. My food was very stale and cold I will be contacting corporate there’s no need to even attempt to let management know when they all make excuses for the poor service. Very disappointed no one wants to spend their hard earned money on garbage do better churches.

This place is awful. Every week it’s some new issue. A couple of weeks ago it was the drive-thru not working. It was taking 15 to 20 minutes or more waiting in line at the drive-thru. Today we spent $22 on 10 pieces of chicken that was so dry you could barely eat it. They must have cooked it yesterday or the day before. I think KFC is a lot better. That’s where we need to go from now on.
