Not sure what happened to this place but it used to be much better. Now it’s expensive without any added benefits to the cost. Service is much much slower and honestly KFC’s enormous price hikes and worse service have made it not worth going to unless you are desperate.

The employees were rude, out loud complaining. Once our order was taken we stood there behind a group of 3 ladies who had said they had been waiting for their food for 27 mins. As we stood there and waited a man came in and was ignored at the resister for 10 minutes. The employees were saying “omg” and putting their hands on the counter and putting their heads down, rolling their eyes. Finally we just walked out without our food. When we left the ladies were still waiting for their order, the guy had still not been greeted our waiting on and another women was in line behind him. We are very patient and under stand people get busy however this was ridiculous! Complaining moseying around employees who completely ignore customers! And long wait times for no reason at a fast food restaurant at 3 pm. We waited for over 25 mins and in the end couldn’t tolerate the employees rude attitude

I’ve always gone to this kfc and they always thrive to maintain their quality and they always have the nicest staff, compared to all fast food services in town they always deliver. Food is always warm and they work as fast as possible. If it happens to be a wait time is worth it.

I really try to avoid going out to eat in this town, unless it’s pizza because I have had so many bad experiences with the restaurants in this area. KFC is by far the best restaurant in Salem! The staff is always amazing..friendly, but not overbearing. And the food is always fresh. Every time I have eaten here, whether in store or take out, I have always had a pleasant experience.

Do not go on night shift. Just picked up two spicy chicken sandwiches eith extra pickle. The chicken was dry as dry can be. Obviously over sat it’s stay. They had sauce on my bun on one of them, bottom bun of one of them was hard an had burnt on the side. Messy an hell. It’s about 9 :30pm. There was two guys making the chicken sandwich an one girl doing the orders. This isn’t the first time iv been threw this . I called in . One of the guys said he was manager. An they will send me a card in the mail. Not sure if that’s true or not. We will see. Reading other comments below it seems it’s better to go on busy days to get it fresh but you may be missing something. Better Than going during nights an it being dry. .

Took forever to go through the drive thru. I ordered and waited, then got to the window to pay !nd he tried to hand me a drink that was not mine. We got the food and headed home. Once we got home, I unpacked the food. I was missing the coleslaw, my favorite thing about kfc. The chicken is very small! What happened to the chicken? It’s like baby pieces of chicken. I am just upset to pay 50 dollars for dinner and still be hungry.

Dining room was closed down because of staffing. Chicken was over cooked and very dry. Mashed potatoes and french fries was soggy had no green beans. Didn’t get butter for biscuits. Was a very bad dinner for what it cost
