Came to this location and tried to use a coupon on my Lions card. They refused though the card does not expire till 9/1/2023 and said they are no longer accepting these cards due to valid location. The card clearly states Spanish forks location and not “valid locations”. Really disappointing that this was a deal they signed up for and the manager sat away 30 feet and did not try to create a better more welcoming experience after this.

Spent a lot of money for dinner tonight while the wife is gone. Sides of Mac and Cheese and Potatoes weren’t even half full. Fries with the sandwich combos weren’t even to the top. Chicken tenders were very small, some only a couple inches long. Too many chicken places in town to overpay for bad quantity and service. Read my reviews, I am 99% positive on reviews so you know it was bad. Had to fix something at home cause my little girls didn’t get full with Mac and Cheese and chicken tenders.

I set my food to be ready 30 minutes after I ordered, that way I could come in 10 minutes early and get the food as fresh as possible. However when I got there it was already done and sitting on the counter, I asked if I could just take the food, and the workers wouldn’t even look at me and just said “I don’t care.” When I grabbed the container it was cold and after my 10 minute drive home the food was also cold. I usually love KFC it used to be my favorite chicken place but it seems they have really gone down hill… I would not recommend this particular store.

We went in at 4, well past the lunch time and before dinner. In spite of not a single other customer being in site, all the tables were dirty, the floor was sticky, and the rugs looked like they had never been cleaned in the entire history of the restaurant. The chicken was just so so, but the prices seemed high for the type and quality of food. I am shocked this place is still in business. We won’t be back

I got their new chicken nuggets and was not impressed. I believe it was due to the food either being over cooked or under the warmer for too long. I’m use to KFC being juicy and this chicken was dryer than the Sahara desert. I’ve been nervous to get the nuggets again due to this experience. For what I paid, I was very disappointed.

Ordered online and went to pick it up only for them to be closed. The store decided to close an hour early (9 pm) and even though my order pickup time was before 9 pm they were cleaning up the lobby and refused to talk to me other than say that they were closed. Absolutely frustrating that my order was “complete” only for the store to not even follow-through with my order or even talk to me about it not being done.
