Good steakes here! Was really impressed with the tenderness and flavor of the steak. I ordered chicken fried steak and it was really good. The sides were not the best. Had chips and salsa, and mozzarella sticks for appetizers were very good too. Service was ok, overall a good place for steak!

This was such a great place! This was my second visit. I came for lunch the first time and now I was here for dinner. It was absolutely wonderful! They had live music on a Saturday night that I loved. And the service was the best! They were so kind and friendly! Wish more people knew about this place on the square in Canyon, Texas!

From the appearance and the name you would think it would be a date night dinner. Called ahead and they told me 3 tables open for a table of two so we got there within 2 minutes and now they said they can’t seat us. There are plenty of tables but said it will be 25 minutes. I got irritated so she did find us a table all the sudden. Huh! Food is not date night! Steak was tiny and not worth $25 for a 12 oz that wasn’t 12 oz. Wasn’t seasoned, fatty and wasn’t tender. The fried zucchini was amazing though. Looks way smaller on the inside and kinda lack luster. Wasn’t busy for Friday at 7:30 which now I know why. Paper menus??? Fancy restaurant but doesn’t feel fancy just cheap. Most food tasted canned. Won’t be back. We would go next door to Joe Taco our normal go to. Waiter and waitress were very friendly.

The food was okay, but I could have done a better ribeye at home, I go to a steakhouse for a steak that is wow. Service was lackluster. The manager was quite impersonal at for 5pm on a friday there was no atmosphere.

Great spot- very clean, quick courteous service with a smile and delicious food. I had a chicken fried steak that was massive and wonderfully breaded/seasoned, caesar salad that had right amount of dressing, and the best tea I’ve probably had at a restaurant. Definitely a great spot that will visit again but will wear stretchier pants so I can try the dessert.. 10/10

Very interesting this place is! I really wasn’t sure what to think of it. It sits across from the city square so parking could be a challenge. Its not a quiet place to eat. Ribeye was good and the baked potato could have been a little more done. I was not impressed by the paper menus. Now our waitress Paige was very attentative and professional. Thank you Paige for the service .. have your boss print up some professional menus! Good place to go for lunch. Not a good place for a quiet dinner.
