Great little Bar/restaurant.service was excellent.staff very cheerful and courteous.we have ate here twice and both times tried something different on the menu.the mushroom Swiss burger is delicious along with the Bunga Bleu burger which was so tasty.the Cajun seasoned fries are great also.recommend this place to try to burger fanatics.good sized burgers.very filling.

Arrived Saturday night around 7:30PM. There were 4 other tables already sat plus ours. The bartender was also the waitress and came over after 5 minutes, took our orders and cashed out 2 of the other tables. 30 minutes passed and we didn’t have drinks. Bartender/waitress was just sitting at the bar talking to the busser. After another 20 minutes, she walks by to grab the tab from her 3rd table and realizes she didn’t bring our drinks. She comes to us apologizes and drops the drinks off. At this point there is only one other table (who had already eaten), us, and the workers. It took 1hr 30 minutes for us to get our food (2 kids meals, 6 count wings and a burger). The food was okay but nothing I’d come back for. We were never checked on again until it came time to pay. Drinks were empty and the bill was wrong. We would not come back and would not recommend.

I was visiting Rochester from Buffalo with my friends, I had the best experience with their staff. Super friendly and very sophisticated to talk to. The serving are very big that you can even take away. Because the restaurant was very busy and our food was little delayed, they took our drinks off from our check. I would love to go back there again wherever I am in town.

We stopped in for a burger while in the area. There is a full bar with seating and then some high tops and smaller tables that could be pushed together to make bigger seating areas. Some window seating. On the smaller side. One woman was doing all of the bartending, serving and packing up to go orders, but despite that we got great service. Food was good and they have gluten free options. Also liked that you can pick your protein, and they make their own black bean and turkey patties There’s a parking lot in the back, street parking, and another parking lot across the street. We enjoyed it and plan on coming back another time to try the boozy milkshakes.

I’m really enjoying Bunga Burger. I came here once when they first opened about 8 years ago, and I can tell you it just gets better and better. I tried a few things off the menu, Classic Burger, Bunga Burger Poutine Fries and now I’m trying their Mac and Cheese. I’m sure you can get a burger almost as good as one of theirs just about anywhere. But the thing that you’re just not going to be able to get, is the quality of individuals that work at Bunga Burger. I’ve met a few and every single person has been so welcoming, eager to make sure your experience is exceptional, very polite and the food is always on time. If you haven’t been to Bunga Burger, I highly recommend that you give it a go, you won’t be unhappy!

One of the worst restaurants I have tried in Rochester. Whole Wheat roll had smell of raw eggs and was disgusting. Fried chicken was bad. Blank Bean burger had no taste and was awful. We just had a couple of bites and had to throw the burger. Looks like no effort was put into making the burger. Will never visit again and wouldn’t recommend.
