I hate to complain- but everytime we come here the food is cold, the rolls are NEVER warmed up . Do y’all not cook your rolls at all anymore? Those are our favorite thing to get, Whether we get a chicken on a roll, or rolls by their self they are always cold and you can taste they have not been warmed up… They are not good unless they are warm.. the butter does not even melt. We wait about 3 months in between visits and it’s always the same— cold food that isn’t good.

not usually one to bash a small business but lets just say this place couldnt get by as mediocre wings, let alone Goodwings..I should have known when my food came out in 3 minutes since anybody knows it takes 10-12 to fry wings, they were cold,skin was rubbery and only had sauce on 2 or 3 out of 10.Will def not be back, sad since i drove 25 minutes out of my way

My husband and I both got the fish basket with drinks. The cost was around $21. The fish were small pieces but they were flaky and good. My husband loved the white beans. I got the fried okra and it was crispy and quite a bit of it. The young men who took our order and brought our drinks and food to us was very polite and made sure we had what we needed. The only thing I wasn’t fond of was how dark it was inside. It was around 5:45 when we arrived, and the restaurant was too dark inside for my taste. Overall, even with the darker atmosphere, Goodwings was worth going to. The food was affordable and was tasty, and we left filling full.

This place can’t get an order correct. They have teenagers running the place at night. The food is good but the service SUCKS. 2 weeks ago we called an order in for my family of 4. I get there to pick up our 4 meals and they hand me a bag with 1 meal in it. They completely left off the rest of the order. I had to stand there and wait 15 minutes for them to cook the rest. They didn’t even offer anything for my wait. Last night we called in an order. I ordered fish with french fries as my side. I only received the fish. No fries or side at all. They tie the bags shut so tightly that I have to cut them open so checking your order before you leave is difficult.

Holy Moly. My first time purchasing ten naked wings to surprise hubby – instead of going to our “go to” at Pizza Hut. Wings were the size of a baby carrot, WAY over-fried, literally no meat. Will pay more and go back to Pizza Hut. So disappointed:(

Well the customer service was good, but, the food , not so much. The price I paid for the quality was not good. The grease/oil the food was cooked in was needing to be changed way before I placed my order. Every thing I ordered was soaked with burnt grease/oil and you could taste it too as well as too much salt. Best thing i ordered was the watered-down drinks.
