I ordered online sent my husband and his friend to pick up. it said it would be done @7:30 , turns out they forgot our order while they were all standing around basically empty building then they gave them another 15 mins to make our 3 sandwiches . They went back in only for them to again looked shocked and forgot to make them again and two other Uber drivers who also walked in. One of the people tried to hand my husband one sandwich after we ordered 3 . What is wrong with this place? Even after all of that our food was smashed (like seen in picture) absolutely ridiculous.

This is the second time we’ve come into the dining room being empty yet every table was dirty. But you can hear the employees in the back room laughing and talking. Would like to be able to dine in at a clean table. When this location first opened it was top notch.

Avoid this place like the plague. I have ordered from here a few times and they have never gotten my order correct, even though I ordered online. Last time I placed an online order I got a call from the store that they had run out of bread and told me to go online to cancel the order. Once I got home and tried to cancel the order I realized that I could not from the website like the store personnel said. I called the store back and they told me I need to come to the store to cancel, they expected me to drive 20 miles to correct their screw up. I will never eat at this place again and make sure everyone I know is aware bad the experiences have been. I love Jersey Mike’s Subs, just not this store.

A joke. I have been here on several occasions and after today I will not return. There is always some sort of discrepancy. I walked in ordered right behind an older guy. I was made to pay after ordering. The caucasian male who ordered before me received his order and paid after. Whatever. Who cares. A couple of the same race comes in and orders about 3-5 minutes after me. They ordered two giant subs compared to my 1 regular sub. They got their sandwiches before me. They were even confused because when one of their sandwich # was called they sat still. I got up and that’s when it was determined it was one of their 2 sandwiches. The guy said “I thought it was us but I was confused because…” EXACTLY. Because there was someone ahead of them they didn’t see how I could have been sitting there before their arrival, yet their food was ready first & yes we all ordered “hot subs”. That’s ridiculous there is no way it took more time to prepare substantially less food. The female who took my order already had a smug look on her face when I asked for a suggestion and decided opposite of the suggestion. I opted to select no tip because of course it’s not mandatory for a take out meal and the service was not superb, literally nothing special AT ALL, barely a smile. The subs are already well over priced in comparison to its competitors. Please be for real. I am not sure what happened here but it didn’t look good and it felt like EXACTLY what it appeared to be. Save yourself the trouble. I didn’t even eat the sandwich I was so disgusted, got home and ate a microwave meal. Over $10 down the drain.
