Got a sandwich the door Dash they normally get it from the other Firehouse in Malbis which has always been top notch but this one over here in Daphne I got a sandwich slathered with mayonnaise to the point to where I had to scrape it off with a butter knife no Italian seasoning like they were supposed to be poorly thrown together and a brownie that I could play hockey with

Me and my daughter were in at lunch time very crowded and so we stood waiting on our food at the door. We decided we would just read the names of people that had donated. But then one of the ride employees (girl) wants to step out from behind the counter and tell us while pushing her hands back for us to get from behind the counter. First we weren’t behind the counter and I didn’t appreciate her absolute rudeness. My family comes into this place every week, but I will make sure we use the firehouse elsewhere. I was pretty impressed that I held my tongue and didn’t go off on that whatever. I’m just sorry I didn’t get my “ donation” and money back and go elsewhere. I would recommend you hire more pleasant employees.

First thing I noticed when entering was that a young woman was sweeping the dining area. Paper menus close to the entrance, so customers could see what they wanted before approaching the counter. They had some tables in front of the counter and food prep area, forcing customers to keep their distance. Plexi/acrylic glass separated customers and employees. After ordering, they get your name and call it out when your order is ready. No complaints on the service or food. Up to my expectations on quality and price.
