I’ve heard a lot of good things about Bojangles over the years. With that said, we were absolutely disappointed with this stop. The place was extremely dirty. The service was very slow. The food was not anything special. This would rank well below all the other chicken places and as far as sandwiches go I’d put this below even a Wendy’s chicken sandwich. Sorry Bojangles lovers…

WOW! What a great team of employees! They greeted everyone coming through the doors and even with smiling faces! You could tell that they take customer service to a different level than what you usually find today. Great attitudes and friendliness. We will definitely return!

Stopped here for breakfast on the way home from the beach. I ordered a bacon, egg and cheese biscuit the biscuit was warm and delicious. The workers here also were on task with their work, getting people’s orders ready for them. Overall, great experience at this Bojangles location.

I had actually quit going thru the drive thru for breakfast in the mornings for many months because they were so slow. But since I have given it a try again I have to say the new morning crew are doing a GREAT JOB. They usually get my food out to me in less than a minute now and the girl at the drive thru window is do such a great job of handling everything.

We stopped here for dinner on our way home from NC and I wish I would have waited. The lady working the window was friendly but that’s where the good stopped. The service was very slow and the location was very small and felt outdated. We received our food (mostly correct) but the fries were soggy like they were made in a rush… Sandwich thrown together…next time I’ll wait to get to location closer to the house.

Idk bout today being May 22 but ughh the two girls in the kitchen wanted to be smart ass’s towards me. While they were at work and on the clock i even believe one of them to be a manager. There is absolutely no customer service but there is plenty of attitudes!

No designated parking for mobile pickup. App said ready in 5 mins, waited 15 before having to go inside…. There was NO line at the time. At this point, a busy drive thru would have been a better option. The food is usually hot, the orders usually correct, the service just depends who is working I guess because I’ve had both great and terrible. This is my favorite place for quick always tasty breakfast but they really need to correct the curbside issues.

Had never been to a Bojangles so as a woman all about her chicken I stopped on the way to Myrtle beach with three teenage kids of mine and we got the fried chicken sandwich and Mac and cheese. As soon as we sat down there was cockroach walking right by us. As northerners even at the most dirty churches chicken have never seen a roach just stroll on by. Needless to say we left as fast as we could. Besides that their mac and cheese has nothing on churches chickens Mac and cheese. I thought people down south were supposed to be nicer….usually that is the situation but nah….staff was rude as all get out. Definitely need to step it up Bojangles

Well being from the north, I had a somewhat difficult time understanding the locals. Lol However, I didn’t realize she had me down for 3 meals instead of the two meals I needed. I thought for a moment and said no worries I’ll have dinner or a snack for later on the road! Super friendly and the food was mwah! God bless! I will be back! In fact I already stopped at another location and bringing it home!
