The last 5-6 times I have come here the management has been horrible. They make mistakes all of the time, which is okay but they are really rude when you ask them to fix it, even when you’re polite about it. I feel bad for the kids who have to make the food, the managers don’t help them or guide them either.

It seems like the employees don’t last long so every-time we come here they’re always training someone or it’s a new person preparing the food, and they never know what they’re doing. They put like 3 pieces of steak in the entire bowl. Last time I ate here a couple days ago, the 3 pieces of steak they did put in my bowl tasted like pure salt. Go here if you want to be disappointed

This is one of the worst chipotle’s I have ever been to. The are consistently out of something. Today it was the guacamole and the fajita veggies. When the workers are asked about it they simply say no we are not making any more. It is two hours before close this happens all the time here. I am so sick of supporting a location that never improves on anything. This used to be my favorite one a few years ago but it has continued to go down hill for the past two years. We pay a lot for the food so learn how to stock the items.

There wasn’t a single clean table when we walked in and nobody cleaned one the entire time we were there. ( about 1 hour ) the line moved slow. We waited in line for almost 15 minutes and we were 3rd in line when we arrived.

Don’t waste your time at This chipotle, it’s a joke. Keep going here because it’s close but going an extra or 2 mile is worth it. It’s hard to understand why they never have what there menu says. Never have the grilled veggies just an empty spot for them. They didn’t even have cheese to serve… That’s ridiculous. Some how still paying 20 for 2 messed up bowls with only 4 ingredients because the restaurant can’t even supply their own ingredients that they list they have.
