Drive to the Frankfort Arby’s. This one is horrible. Two drive through menus and still takes 30 to 40 minutes. Ordered three combos and this is how full the fries are. Pathetic… for $30+ in food, standards are low. This store needs new management.

The service for me was fine. The dining room was full of sun at each chair. No shade available, so one person in the party has to cover their eyes like a shade to talk to the person across from them.

I would give Lawrenceburg Arby’s a 0, but thats not an option. Went through drive thru and was asked to pull around, they had to drop our food. After 30 minutes waiting on our order, I was looking in the restaurant wondering where our order is and I see the employees playing around throwing cups at each other. We went in and was told, I see you have been waiting over 30 minutes and another coworker came up front and said we haven’t dropped your order yet. We asked for our money back and left. I’ve been here during lunch rush and never have to wait. Night time crew needs to do their Job!

The new Philly is tasty. The gyros are much better then you expect from a fast food place. Still hate the curly fries (nothing against the restaurant as I hate them from any Arbys) but the crinkle fries were straight on. Try the fries with the three pepper sauce.
