A small treasure of a place and fairly new to La Joya! Their ceviche sinaloense, ceviche blanco and aguachiles de camaron were trully delicious and had a homemade fresh taste to them. My time of visit was 30mins prior to closing time so I was not expecting to get fresh-nothing, lol. Their ceviche bar menu is loaded with a variety of ceviches to chose from and given the small location, I wouldnt of thought so. Gabby and Alejandra were awesome antendees! They both have great manerisms that dont come around often in restaurants nowadays, so consider this a extra treat -something like a cherry on top! Tip: If you like to eat hot ceviche, try their white Ceviche. It is deliciously hot!

I ordered the Air Fried Shrimp. There is no specific count of shrimp implied on the menu, so the lady told me the amount of shrimp on the plate depended on the size of the shrimp. The plate being $14.99 ($16.23 w/ taxes) I was expecting more, but it IS a ceviche restaurant, so if you want shrimp, this is not the place. Air fried shrimp is a good idea, but they also got soggy from being enclosed in the plate through delivery, and the rice was over cooked too. For the ceviche, the tostadas are sold separately, so plan to also pay for that. The lady was very nice, attentive and on time. They also have a rewards program, so they get 5 stars for that. The shrimp is less costly and you get way more for the price somewhere else.
