We took our good friends to have a celebratory evening and boy was it! As soon as we walked into Cielo we were greeted at the bar with some of the most delicious cocktails I’ve ever had, as well as constant attention from Luis, then graciously taken to our private table with our appps and thoroughly enjoyed our delicious main courses. We will absolutely be making this a regular spot for special occasions with special people!

Took my parents out to try this place for the first time. It was a very nice addition to our city. You could taste the fresh ingredients and all the food. Presentation was very nice atmosphere was wonderful. Already picked out our next meals when we come again. I do think that they have just a little too much sauce on their pasta dishes that was the consensus of our table. But very flavorful and love the fresh mozzarella on top. The ribeye meatballs were absolutely tender and amazing. Can’t wait to come back and try the rooftop.

We took a couple that was visiting from Hungary on 6/10. We had such a delightful time and the food was outstanding. We had a variety of entrees, and each of them was beautifully prepared and as delicious as they were pretty to look at. We loved their cocktail menu, and the wine selection was unique and extensive. The mushroom & leek soup (2 of us had it) was so good(!) on a very chilly June evening. My only wish is that Cielo add a few more options for food/apps for the rooftop bar. Currently there are three to choose from (all equally tasty), but a couple more options would be welcomed. Our server did a very good job of taking care of us. Overall, Cielo is a welcome addition to North County for finer dining.

This place was phenomenal! A little pricey but worth every penny. The staff was as incredible as the food. We splurged and enjoyed the rooftop bar (appetizers and cocktails) along with dinner downstairs in the restaurant. Totally worth it!! We shared the aged ribeye and I would definitely recommend the baratta cloud appetizer…. Yum! I also saw people enjoying delicious looking pizzas. So happy our little town has an incredible new place.

When I walked into this restaurant, I was so impressed with the vibe and their beautiful decor. We sat in the bar waiting for our table and had a great time with Juan the Bartender. The drinks were amazing. We sat out on the patio and had dinner. It was absolutely beautiful. We ordered the Calamari steak fries. I give those an 8. They were delicious, but could have been a little more crispy. I ordered the Braised Bavette Pappradelle pasta. The pasta is locally sourced from Ettos in Paso Robles Tin City. It is so delicate and the sauce is amazing with a hint of horseradish. I wasn’t sure how I was going to feel about that, but Wow! Chef know what he’s doing! My husband ordered the Rigatoni and he was head over heals in love with this dish. We’ve traveled all over Italy and I can honestly say, the dishes we ordered were on point! We finished our meal on the Rooftop Bar with the Pomegranate chocolate mouse with Bruled lady fingers. Perfect ending to a perfect meal. We will definitely be back with our friends and family. (Update) 2nd time I went, I had to send my dish back and it was perfect the 2nd time. So I’m hoping they work out whatever kitchen kinks they have. I still love this place and Jessica is the best waitress ever!

This place is absolutely amazing!!! We are beyond thrilled to have it in our town!! We desperately needed a delicious restaurant, and we also had no Italian choices. SO SO good! We went tonight and got the Burrata Cloud appetizer which was so wonderful! It reminded me of one of my favorite things I’ve ever had (in San Clemente). I had the chicken Alfredo which was perfect Alfredo sauce and the noodles were cooked perfectly, the chicken had a wonderfully salty thin skin on top and was so tender! My husband had the vegan squash and the vegan zucca trombe pasta which was very good and he was so happy they had vegan options due to his complicated allergy. They did a great job handling his allergy also. Our son had the Margherita pizza and he loved it, it was very similar to most margherita pizzas but very good. We shared the Meyer lemon tart and it reminded me of key lime pie, it was yummy also. The server and the water attendant were very friendly and talkative which was great! We will definitely be back!!

We will be going back! The service was amazing (shout out to Taylor, our waitress). She was awesome. Please give her a raise, by the way! The atmosphere was very nice and the food was incredible. We rarely leave a restaurant as satisfied as we were leaving here. Can’t wait to go back!

Amazing rooftop atmosphere with drinks to match! The mixologist at the terrace (I forget her name!) was fabulous and made great “mocktails” off the menu for one of our guests who wasn’t 21 yet. The group drinks are a great value and so fun (see photos of the Rosemary Bee Bee). The charcuterie board was also excellent.
