Everyone knows the service industry is tougher than usual these days but that is no excuse to be rude and dismissive after getting an order wrong. I placed an order this morning for an important meeting I was hosting. I chose specific food based on dietary needs/preferences of my clients that were coming to this meeting. I chose the donut flavors I wanted and they completely ignored it and chose whatever donuts they wanted. I ordered a lemon loaf that was paid for and I did not get. I manage a restaurant/entertainment facility so I more than understand the pressures of this industry. When I called the location to inform them that I spent $68 and my order was wrong, the lovely lady who answered the phone, simply replied with “I’m too busy“ and hung up on me. There’s no excuse for that when I spent $70 on an order. I will never order from there again. I would never treat a customer that way, especially if we were the ones who messed up.

I’ll try to keep this simple. This is the worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to. The rudest staff including the manager/ owner. Terrible tasting drinks and on my last visit they gave me a half of a donut. I thought it was personal but I watched while they treated others poorly. They will never see me again. I gave them 3 chances but they confirmed that they just plain SUCK!

Very very very rude staff. I have been here twice and both the times, i have been yelled at by different staff at the drive thru. Am i paying to get scolded? The staff in this place is so rude that this place is beyond recovery. Once i have enough money, i will buy this branch and shut it down. Then i’ll open a different chain’s branch like Mc Donalds.

Order plain bagel easy cream cheese toasted and cutt in half. I go to other dunkin so I figured all the dunkins are the same. When asked if she can cutt she said I’ll give you a knife and you can cutt it yourself so then I said no its ok don’t cutt it. When I got my bagel it was not easy cream cheese, it was not toasted but it was cutt but NOT with a knife it seemed like the lady cutt it with her hands. If I go drive thru it’s because I can’t cutt or spread my cream cheese. I’m paying for my food not getting it for free. Not happy at all.

Terrible experience with the workers. Made my order wrong. Asked to re make and the workers response was “but I already made this one…”. Look I’m sorry you made that already but it’s not my fault. And you’re the employee I’m the customer. Then I left – didn’t get my order. And they still charge me through my Dunkin app after I leave. Haha. Never coming back to this one. Call in to find out the manager is on vacation. Go figure.
