We ate there for Sunday brunch. We went in get breakfast, I was somewhat upset menu was limited at first. My husband ordered the chicken and waffle and I ordered the southern egg Benedict… amazed doesn’t even describe how happy I was with my choice! It was so good and the serving size was enough for two people. My husband said his food was delicious too! We will definitely be back again! The owner chatted with us a bit and the waitress was friendly and very attentive! If you haven’t tried them go next Sunday!

We were in late afternoon. I had a patty melt that was excellent!! My friend had a skillet burger and was also a good choice. Love the big fries that looked like what we used to make when I was growing up. Service was excellent. The only thing you need to work on is your tea. Come on. You’re in the South. The tea was soooo weak.

Excellent experience, new owners, food was superb, Waitress was friendly, and attentive, good prices. We went on a Sunday around 9:15am…about 3 tables were full but many more came in around 9:45 and are realizing this is a gem in disguise. We’re going back this weekend and hope to make a lunch or dinner soon too. Check it out!

Omg! Everyone listen up! I had the chopped brisket and mac n cheese. I didn’t know it was gonna come in a cast iron bowl and tasted like good ol grandmas country kitchen cooking! Highly recommend this place for any meal!

It was too salty to eat two out of the three meals. If you’ve never had hot coleslaw, fair warning. Brought food home for my Mom. Ended up throwing away two full containers. What a waste.

All we saw working were teens, who rarely checked on you. The okra overdone and the smoked meatloaf was described as smokey meatloaf with a tangy sauce. No where did it mention that it was chopped and formed brisket!! The fried pickles were good. I hate to give a bad review, but we were not pleased at all.
