The waitstaff are so helpful, friendly and pleasant. I am new to Indian food, so many of the items on the buffet were unfamiliar, even though each dish was so helpfully labeled. When I asked for help in trying to decide what to eat for lunch, the servers were more than happy to explain the menu. I tried a few dishes and enjoyed them all. I would definitely return!

As an Indian food fanatic, can’t resist any new experiences. I checked out this place yesterday, they are still in the opening mode. Food is great and very fresh. Staff is nice. I used to frequent the prior unit here that got a friendly manager. The new folks are equally courteous. I would say, try it out right away before ‘new specials’ phase goes away!

I am pleasantly surprised that the food is even better than previously. I loved Godavari very much and would eat at the lunch buffet at least once a week and typically every other weekend. Curry and More has not disappointed me at all! I think the food has even improved if that is even possible. The curries and biryani are delicious as ever, and the spicy is actually spicy. I can’t wait to try the dosas one of these days with my wife.

As a bachelor longing for good Indian food, tried this restaurant too. It is in South Charlotte and thus quite a drive for me from North. Bit cramped space. Restaurant tries to accommodate more people at a time and thus more seating for small space. Food was good for non vegetarians. Quite decent options of food. Taste was good. Service was good. Vegetarians might get disappointed as there was no veg briyani for a sunday buffet instead they serve veg fried rice which may not please people with south indian craving appetite. They must tweak the menu a bit to attract vegetarians too. Recommended.

Outstanding food and hospitality! We had hosted a birthday party with them and had a diverse guest list from Indians to Non-Indians, Vegans and Carnivores. Everybody unanimously loved their food. A special shout to Pulak – the Chef for his amazing Tandoor skills! Sanish and his wife were great with the arrangements, pricing and everything. All of us will be back again and again.

Excellent Indian food in the Ballantyne area. Much improved over previous Godavari restaurant in the same location. Have only visited for buffets, but food quality, taste, and selection are all very good. Wednesday night dosa buffet is definitely worth the trip! Dosas are nicely filled, buffet variety is excellent, and price is very reasonable.

Another excellent catering job by an authentic South Indian restaurant. We have had the restaurant cater for lunches and dinners in the past. However, yesterday was the first time we had them cater lunch under their new name Curry N More. Needless to say, it did not disappoint. Rani Madduri, their managing partner, takes a personal interest in making sure the menu is set right, the right amount of food is ordered, and the food arrives, hot and tasty, and on time. She is a pleasure to work with. Their potato cashew kurma was outstanding. The eggplant with peanut fry was equally good. The Andhra style mango dal was loved by all my guests. I recommend this restaurant highly because it has always lived up to the high standards set by Rani.
