I used to be a regular here, even though ordering my coffee 20 mins ahead they STILL wouldn’t have it ready in time. A coffee. They have the rudest employees and the slowest turn around for service. I ordered a coffee on mobile order as I always do and went inside 15 mins later and surprise surprise it wasn’t ready. So after 5 mins of standing there I said is my coffee done? They told me there was no mobile order. So I showed them my receipt that I did purchase it that morning and they all just looked at me like “well it didn’t pop up so you’re not getting it”. Then the manager said “just make the coffee”. That was the last time I ever went. Horrible service don’t waste your time.

Food is decent enough. But they need to hire people who actually understand the English Language. Orders are consistently wrong. And I order pretty much the same thing from this place on a semi-routine basis. Not too impressed with the wait times either, but that isn’t a big complaint.

Idk what type of black magic was used tonight to create the best bacon egg and cheese I’ve ever had, but wow. The bacon was unusually crispy and delicious, the cheese was melting all over and I asked for a plain bagel, but received an everything and it was better than that plain I ordered. I hope I get another one like that.. it was so good.
