Went through the drive thru, ordered two French dips and two small curly fries. Total tab quite high over $17. Understanding Arby’s is notoriously on the high end of course, and the current status of inflation I expected a hefty price tag. What I did not expect was the pitifully small French dips. They are half the size they previously were, containing barely any roast beef and a small shred of swiss cheese. If you are going to tax your customers with the cost, the least you could do is provide a decent sized sandwich. I have purchased these sandwiches from various Arby’s locations for many years. It was shocking when I got home, unwrapped them to see the mini bun with barely any roast beef. To shrink your offerings AND continue to jack prices is deplorable. The picture can’t convey how small this sandwich was, super tiny. Never again

The service tonight was extremely slow. I originally tried to go through the drive-through, but it didn’t seem like it was moving. I came into the restaurant and there were about four employees. Two were working the drive-through one cooking and one other maybe cooking. Only one register was working. The service was extremely slow and the staff didn’t seem to have a sense of urgency. I think sloths move faster than this staff!!!

We went through the drive-thru, and one you were in line, there was no way to get out. It looked like there were only 3 cars ahead of us, so it shouldn’t have taken long to get our food. We were in the line for over 45 minutes! We thought maybe someone was the only one there, but when we FINALLY got to the window, we could see 4 teens working the front. We couldn’t tell how many people were cooking, but it was ridiculous!!

After a prolonged absence, we’ve starting going to tgis location again. Food is good. Love the jalapeno poppers. Service depends on who’s working the drive thru. Last time was wonderful. This time, not so much.

Dude taking a cigarette break during dinner rush while the line is wrapped around. Once we ordered and moved forward, we were stuck in line for an hour because there’s no way to exit until the window. Once we got to the window, there were 3 employees just standing around not doing anything (15 min at the window). Got our food, left out my sons curly fries. I love Arby’s, but the Lebanon Arby’s has been an always will be a dumpsterfire.

I only go to Arby’s nowadays for my mom because of the prices. She loves their Ruben sandwiches. They are higher priced than most fast food sandwich restaurants, and there have been times you don’t get what you pay for. Food tastes good, and they have a nice variety to select from. Service is quick.
