Order totalling wrong. Called to speak to someone and phone rings and then disconnects. We have always used the other 2 pizza places in this area and wanted to try something new. Very disappointed and won’t try Pizza Hut again.

I ordered dinner for the family and was quoted an estimated delivery time. A short time later, I received a text stating that my order was ready at 6:30 and out for delivery. Then I received another text that informed me that Doordash would be delivering on behalf of Pizza Hut. The Doordash delivery took 38 minutes to get to my house. I assume this was because of other orders they delivered which delayed my order because I live less than 8 minutes from Pizza Hit. When the pizza arrived, almost twice as long as I was quoted, the pizza was cold. I called the store and they told me it was a problem between me and Doordash. I asked why would it be my problem with Doordash when I paid Pizza Hut to deliver a pizza and it was their choice to utilize Doordash. I was given a short answer and was basically told to call the next day when the general manager was around. The communication was disappointing, the delivery time was unacceptable, and the temperature of the food was abysmal. This is not the first bad experience at this location but it seems to get worse and worse every time.

Would be nice if they would simply answer the phone and when they do, they make it wrong. Not just once, but the whole month long. I went 3 Fridays ago, and they messed my order up.
