This is hands down the worst chipotle around. They never stock up on ingredients, and are always out of something. It’s very dirty and messy, I’ve never seen a worker clean anything but didn’t have a problem making a mess. Lastly, very slow service and you should be prepare to wait in a long line for a long time.

⚠️ Chipotle owner: I have reached out online and have yet to hear anything from you or a manager at your location. I have also called the store, gotten through to a manager and been laughed at. I don’t see how laughing at a customer is ever ok, no matter how young the guy was.

Chipotle is going down the drain fast. The franchise that was founded on good food, with great portions, with fresh ingredients. Now want to nickel and dime you for every little thing. Even the dressing that everyone love to add to the meal is being charged. At $1.55 per not even half way filled cup is outrageous. I haven’t found these price gouging shenanigans at any other restaurants but I highly recommend you STAY AWAY FROM THIS CHIPOTLE.

Do yourself a favor and stay away from this chipotle. The employees are always in a hurry and are rude. They try putting things in your food you didn’t even ask for and multiple people are touching your order as it goes down the line, like more than 5 people most of the time. Aside from that, this chipotle has the dirtiest counter I have ever seen. The employees put down tinfoil on the counter so they can just “wrap up” the mess and lay down a new sheet it’s that bad. It’s worth the extra drive to another location.

The food is usually good quality at this location and the staff is friendly enough. The downside to this location and many others is the ability to keep the dining area clean. It makes it extremely unappealing to want to sit down and eat, even when you deserve a chance to do just that, sit down.

This is the superior Chipotle in the area IMHO. Severna Park location pales in comparison. Line is clean here, friendly and helpful staff, fast service and fresh food. Have used for catering as well and they exceeded my expectations. I travel further from my house just to get my Chipotle from this location. I can only hope that when the Pasadena location opens soon that they follow suit.

So I went to y’all chipotle yesterday and got a burrito, I found a finger nail in my food and I’m very much disgusted.
