My husband and I ordered a pepperoni pizza and cheese sticks yesterday. An HOUR after our order was placed, the order arrived. We opened the box and there was not a single pepperoni on the pizza even though the receipt, the sticker on the box, and the email from the order all stated PEPPERONI pizza. I called the store and offered to bring the pizza back to the store even though we paid for delivery. The manager assured us he would have the pizza remade and redelivered within 20 minutes. Another HOUR went by and still no pizza. After calling the store three additional times, the manager told us he didn’t know where the driver was or where our pizza was and offered no other resolution. At the TWO HOUR mark, we called the store and asked for a refund for just the pizza. The manager stated he would refund it immediately. Almost 24 hours later, we still do not have a refund, replacement pizza or apology. The customer service is horrendous at this location and order accuracy is not a top priority. Buyers beware.

Everything was burned. I went to this Papa John’s to try to see if it was just one location that was the problem but it seems they are just as bad. I ordered simple pepperoni pizza cheesesticks and cinnamon pulls it was all overcooked and hard. How do you not check for quality before boxing up to be sent out. I’ve about had enough of Papa Johns

I was told pizza would arrive in 20 to 30 mins ordered at 9:07pm pizza guy didn’t show up until 11:13: pm 2 hours later by then I no longer wanted it didn’t answer the door refuse to pay for a late pizza that was no doubt cold screw that. Very terrible don’t recommend

The Papa John’s Pizza Experience (Online Order/ Pickup Edition)… Yes, the mom-and-pop pizza places need love but so do the Pizza Huts, Dominos, and Papa John’s, the oldies but goodies that we once frequent as children, so I thought . I ordered Papa John’s meat lovers pizza with a side of honey-chipotle wings. I did like the app allowing me to see the pizza prep, put in the oven timeframes, which allowed me to guestimate when I should be on my way to the store .

I usually call ahead for delivery but tonight I decided to pick up a pizza last minute. The service was super quick and I was impressed that the employee remembered my first name from the last time I was in the store a month prior. The pizza looked, smelled, and tasted amazing! Not great service nor quality anymore. Many delivery drivers from this location have had an attitude/disrespect as well that was blatant. If you don’t want to do your job then work elsewhere. For how overpriced papa john’s food is you would expect better. I’m not a big fan of Dominos but I will likely just stick to them for some time instead, cheaper and more polite. This location needs to close up shop.

Good pizza. Use the app and get coupons to save money. Love the toppings like fresh veggies and meats along with the crust here. It can be a little greasy but the butter garlic sauce is delicious. They also have some decent sides, salads, and drinks now.
