I can’t recommend this place enough. The atmosphere was as lovely as the food and everything was made fresh from the kitchen. I wish I could’ve gotten a picture of the triple cheese bacon sandwich I got but it was just too good to stop and take a picture of. The portion sizes are huge and the prices for everything are very reasonable. I love the little touches around the shop, including all eco-friendly take out boxes and cups. The dining area is so cozy and the staff were very friendly and fun to talk with.

Amazing service and food from Ms. Kathy @ K&S Cafe . She has a wide coffee and tea selection. My Mocha frap was absolutely delicious and extremely well priced . I got the Potato Leek soup and had it loaded with bacon and cheese as well as a ham and cheese croissant. She is environmentally friendly with her drink and takeout containers and the produce is locally sourced. She has gluten free options and several options for even the pickiest of kids. The free delivery within 10 miles was just a cherry on top of this wonderful new addition to Dover .

Love the atmosphere! Greeted with kindness and a smile as soon as we walked in! Offer multiple options for my kiddos and was patient with my little girl when she couldn’t decide what she wanted. Made a suggestion and it was absolutely tasty! Strawberry frozen lemonade and Reece’s Frappe was big hit for us. Will be visiting again real soon!

I’m here at least once a week drinking their peanut butter coffee. Absolutely delicious drink, I usually have it gone by the time I get out of the parking lot. They are always so kind and my kids love to come in and get their muffins. Everyone in there has always treated my children with kindness even when they are getting muffin and hand prints everywhere. Very pleased with this cafe and hope to try their food soon. I’ve heard the tomato and basil soup is DELICIOUS!

My husband, Dad, and I were visiting Dover from our hometown of Cincinnati. We stopped at K&S twice and fell in love with it. The owner explained she has the coffee imported from Alaska, as the beans are not bitter. You can definitely tell the coffee is great quality! The food was also amazing. We greatly enjoyed everything about this cafe and will be back if we’re ever in town again.

The owner was friendly and helpful. She and another employee recommended a delicious drink that quickly became my new favorite. I had a Monte Cristo sandwich that was the BEST I’ve ever had in my life… and the homemade Tomato Basil soup was AMAZING! I am not local, but it is my new favorite place to eat in TN.I can’t wait for my next trip because there were so many other delicious looking things in the menu that I need to try.
