Impressive! Absolutely love the newly remodeled and renovated Long John Silver’s. The exterior and interior have been completely remodeled/ renovated and it looks great. The dining room is bright and airy, with clean, crisp, blue and white decor, design and features. The dining room, food order and pickup area and men’s restroom were immaculate! This was my first visit to this Long John Silver’s location in Middlesboro and the first visit to a Long John Silver’s in several decades. My partner and I were certainly impressed with the restaurant cleanliness and friendly, efficient staff associates. Both of us ordered the eight piece shrimp dinner with two sides. Unfortunately, neither of us were impressed with the shrimp. Of course, I must add a “disclaimer ” as I do not care for nor eat seafood, with exception of shrimp. Therefore, due to my “weird ” eating habits I am very hard to please. Truthfully, I only enjoy shrimp if prepared really crisp and crunchy. Neither my partner nor I found the crunchiness or texture of the shrimp to our liking. On my next visit, I will most certainly try the chicken dinner, Which will be more appropriate for my strange eating habits. My partner has enjoyed their fish dinner on previous visits and raved about the deliciousness of the fish. Both of our meals were served with two sides and hushpuppies. I chose the fries and corn. My partner had fries and Cole slaw. Surprisingly, one of favorite features of our lunch was the delicious strawberry lemonade (we both strongly recommend it!!) Overall our lunch and visit was very pleasant! I really like new interior and exterior. Naturally, we both were thrilled and really appreciate the cleanliness of the facility. In my opinion, Long John Silver’s is one of the nicest, cleanest and friendly restaurants in Middlesboro!

I’m tired of going there, because the coleslaw is dry, the fish & shrimp are never fresh. I ordered, through the drive thru, fish & shrimp platter with French fries & a side order of hush puppies for my 2 sides & never received the side order of hush puppies. I have never had a good experience & have tried several times to get a good meal. I will never go back!!!

Portion sizes have went down and prices have went up. I couldn’t easily eaten at a steakhouse for what I paid for two meals here. Food was overcooked. They forgot one of my sides completely. And they only gave me about 1/3 of an order of fries.

I have ordered the fish and strips meals 2 of em didn’t get my coleslaw on both shrimp in both of my meals the fish is soggy an bearly any fris not worth 35$ don’t really plain on going back not worth it

My wife and I just ate lunch at Long Johns in Middlesboro. I asked for tarter sauce and ketchup with my super sampler meal. I was told I could only have 3 tarter sauces and 1 ketchup with my order. I absolutely thought the cashier was joking. The food already costs quite a bit, and now you can’t get enough condiments to enjoy your meal. I hope this is only a local policy with this restaurant pirates. Sad.

The food was definitely made fresh cause we had to wait 10 minutes for the food to be ready even though we came thru drive thru! The fish was hot & good as was all of our order! I see why this Long John’s (Middlesboro, KY) has an A+ rating! The food was hot, fresh, delicious & yummy! We will definitely visit that location again!

For $15 it really could have been better. Old fries, warm food, and the service was lack luster. I asked for honey mustard, no. Asked for sugar, no. In fact, I had to ask for everything. Wasn’t the worst, but differently wasn’t worth the money.

Went twice in 3 weeks both to go both times order was wrong. There’s a very unlikeable young lady with long dark hair works drive thru window. On my second trip there I couldn’t understand her well,speaker, soni went in to find out info she told me was wrong about food & price. She was angry id came in the restaurant instead of ordering what she had said. I got the 12 piece family meal without sides which she said wasn’t an option but actually is.
