We have to eat here at least once a week. Their broth is full of flavor with just the right amount of balance with its fresh ingredients and no MSG. Back in the day, they would show how they would make the noodles from scratch. The employees there work long hours yet despite that, they still manage to give great service. Our family favorite is the Tan Tan Men, it is rich, creamy, and flavorful. I’ve been to most ramen spots here in the valley and Ramen Hashi by far beats the competition!

Specialize in chinken broth ramen. It was so flavorful and not feeling heavy after eating it. This ramen spot is a nice change compared to other ramen spots that use pork. I like their ordering system. Menu is simple. It look like they have a machine that makes their own ramen.

They close at 8:30 not 10pm. Drove very far to get ramen at 8:40pm and they refused to seat us because they shut down and have last call at 8:30pm. They should really mention that on google maps.

Great ramen here. I personally am a huge fan of chicken broth ramen so the fact that they have like five types or just chicken ramen is amazing. I also love their pork don – so much flavor and meat in one bowl. Crispy and delicious pork with smoky flavor. Their staff was great too and always made sure we were good. He even offered us this fresh chili paste that is so good in the broth and don as well! Very good amount of spice and just enough heat and sweetness. Will definitely go here and their other restaurant yuzu again.

Hashi is hands down the best Ramen joint in Las Vegas and possibly the country. It doesn’t get any better, trust me, I’ve searched high and low. I’ve been to at 10 Ramen places in Las Vegas and Hashi is THE BEST. The do not have all the frills and menu items as other ramen places, but what they do is execute everything on their menu to perfection! Customer service is polite, the restaurant is super clean and the ramen is PERFECT!
