We ordered pasta and upgraded to cheese bread. We also ordered fries. The fries and cheese bread were missing. We went back and got them but the fries were cold and soggy and the cheese bread had cheese on one stick. See pic.

When my husband arrived for pick up at the indicated time, my order could not be found even though my name was on the screen. Ne was told to have a seat, they would start the order over and it would be 7 minutes. Not a long wait, but still. then some one said “oh, here it is.” and he was on his way home. When i opened the pizza it was mostly crust. the spare toppings and sauce were in the middle 6 inches of the pizza and the rest was bare crust. nothing at all like the pictures that are even behind this survey page. Husband was happy with his tradtional honey bbq wings.

They need some training here. Pizza was not brought out immediately after we arrived and called in to alert them, waited 8-10 min so I am guessing it sat there on the counter because when we got home it was COLD. Not even barely warm. Only 13 min away so it should have been hot still or decently warm at that. Sloppy, scanty toppings and butter/seasoning on the edges was scant too.
