We cannot rate the atmosphere as we visited via drive thru. The employee at the drive thru was friendly and had a smile on their face, an unexpected experience since many fast food employees are either grumpy or down right rude now a day’s. The food was ok, but the tomatoes seemed right on the edge of spoiled and the cost of the items were not a good value.

Went here at 4/11/2023 at 1AM in the morning. I ordered two veggie burritos, and I’d just like to say, who ever made the burritos in the kitchen, did an amazing job. Had guacamole throughout the entire burrito in every bite (usually its just packed in one end). Entire burrito was crunchy and delicious. Thank you. Not to mention the employees at the window were professional and kind.

Honestly one of the worst places to get fast food. I’ve been here a few times over the past 7 months and every time I’ve been disappointed. Ive had everything from old and cold food to bad customer service and everything in between. I have a lot of patience, but tonight takes the cake. Ordered a few things, one of them being the blue raspberry freeze and it tasted like celery. And I mean putrid rotting celery. That wasn’t the only thing that tasted like that because it was alsothe burrito. I called them because obviously Taco Bell should not be tasting as CELERY. The manager acted as if she didn’t believe me and that she was unbothered. Told me “if I wanted it remade to come back and tell the managers name.” Not a refund or an apology for the food tasting like actual garbage. Not to mention getting this food took over 15 minutes to get. Never gave me a receipt that I could formally complain. I hope I don’t get food poisoning from this. Do yourself a favor and skip this restaurant the workers continue to not care about you or the food.

My order was made wrong, and they blamed it on the way I placed my order instead of apologizing for the mistake. They had the ac running so cold that it was uncomfortable eating inside. The staff was not at the counter often, so there was a very long wait. There were staff members who walked past the counter without even acknowledging that I or others behind me in line were even standing there.
