Would be great if they took the time to read the order instead of rushing through it and just throwing whatever in the bag. I wanted two salsas for my tropichop and one cilantro garlic sauce for my fried yuca, but instead I got 3 cilantro garlic and no salsa.

I am very disappointed, every time we order food from there we end up spending a lot of money and end up with old inedible food. However, this evening was the worse! First thing: We ordered the avocado chicken salad, the lettuce was old and wilted, the chicken old and hard as a rock! The avocado was not even edible, it was completely brown! The rest of toppings were also not fresh. Not to mention the dressing was not added nor put on the side after we had asked for it. Next, we had ordered the grilled master trio and It states in the menu “ This platter of grilled favorites features Churrasco Steak with Chimichurri, ¼ Citrus-Marinated Chicken & a Fire-Grilled Chicken Chorizo, served with Rice, Beans and Plantains” we received no churrasco, no plantains, and the rice that was served was old, dry that it had formed into little balls. In addition to those meals we ordered and PAID for a side of rice, which we did not receive! A side cesar salad was also ordered and it was just a box of wilted lettuce, no dressing, no cheese, no crotons!! Lastly, we also ordered a flan and we were given an old one that had a sticker from over week old on it! This place is just a rip off, and what they give you is no where near worth what you pay, nor what is advertised on their menu! We ended up having to order from somewhere else from having to throw away almost everything. Ridiculous!

I went for 2 orders of boneless chicken dinners and Ceasar salads, and guave dessert. Also requested Galicia cilantro sauce. Got home and noticed no dessert, the sauce tasted rotten. The salads were soggy and watered down dressing. Total disappointment…never coming here again.

This is a walk up location with no interior dine in. They have two small tables on the side and that’s it. There is a drive thru and the service seems to be focused more on that so walk-up orders are quite slow. The menu is hidden inside which makes it hard to see while waiting in line to order. Because it is an express location the salsa bar and some menu items are not available.

Simply put, this Pollo Tropical does not care about its customers experiences at the store. Employees and management are totally unaware of promotions and do not honor them. The $10 appreciation bonus for every $25 gift card purchased is NOT honored at the store. I was told by management to go to another store. When I called corporate to express by concerns, calls are totally ignored and not returned. This speaks volumes of the way the company runs its stores. Besides this, service at this location is dismal. Avoid this location at all costs!
