The burger was good, but the bun was not toasted. Not sure if that is normal. Fries are tiny and not great. Custard taste like cheap ice cream You can buy at the grocery store. Would not consider that real custard at all. The meals are expensive for the portion. The person in the drive-through forgot to give us back our debit card so we had to travel all the way back to Columbia the next day to retrieve it. I know that’s partially our fault for not remembering either, but it is typical for a cashier to hand it back automatically. Definitely would not go back.

Great food , poor service. You think with 5-6 people standing around the floor could be swept and moped. Tables dirty ect. ” You got time to lean, you got time to clean”. All the other Freddy’s I have been to have been spotless. Dinning room was empty and had to wait to get order taken.

This place is Immature and unprofessional. I’ve been to this establishment twice and will never go back. 1st time they got my order wrong. The 2nd time they gave me a melted drink. The way the drive through employee was acting was trash too. Last time I got food at this location was in 2022. I procrastinate.

I waited in the drive thru for 45 mins for two meals. 30 of those minutes were before i even ordered. it wasn’t packed or too busy, ridiculous amount of time to wait. i’ve been to multiple locations and the only place with outrageous waiting times is this one. I do not recommend.
