We try to hope we get a better pizza each time from here. Want a local franchise to survive. Pizza wasn’t even 90d by the time it got here. And bread sticks were even worse. Took forever. Almost 1.5 hours. They are 4 miles away. Does this look like a $21 pizza?

If this is supposed to be appetizing they totally missed the mark. Nearly no meat and the only special request was no green peppers. The produce looks old and the bread looks like it failed to rise. I have put off making a review thinking that I would find something I loved, but sadly the pizza AND subs just plain suck. The only good thing so far is they do deliver later..

I have ordered from here for atleast 10 years. I have watched them over time slowly but surely stop caring about there products or there customers. The pizzas used to have good portions for toppings and now the skimp you like the toppings come out if there check. This is the 5th time in a row the pizza was bare and the bread sticks where burnt. Yes burnt. They don’t put cheese on them anymore so they just burn up in the oven, so the workers care? No. They just slap it in a box and send it out like it’s still good. Never in my life have I been so disappointed in how a local franchise has changed.

Love Chanello’s just not the one at this location. Order thin crust and got saggy crust, asked for the wings to be run through twice and didn’t get that what I got was some half cooked wings, pink on the inside and I sure did take pics and video of it, my spouse ate some before I did and I always open my wings to make sure that’s how I noticed it. No receipt on delivery called about it was told it would be brought to me and still waiting for it, it’s been over 30minutes (I’m right down the street). Costumer service is really bad…. Only gave one star in order to place my review……will contact corporate about this… NEVER Again!!!!!

I ordered pizza and the “manager” danielle called me 30 minutes later to tell me that they do not deliver in my area. However she confirmed my address with me 2 times on the phone. I told her to process my refund which would take 3-5 business days since its Friday night. Instead of her processing my refund she CHARGED my card AGAIN ! When I offered to drive there to get my money in cash since YOU messed up by charging my.card twice, they told me they can not do that. I work in the customer service industry and when you make a mistake you do want is right to fix it.I have never experienced this ever and I am highly disappointed with the customer service by both “managers ” if you can find a different Chanellos with better management I would highly recommend!
