I’m going to give it a two star just for the young lady that I talk to at this restaurant. The first guy that I talk to in the drive-through. Was rude. I told him I was a first time customer. That I was looking at the menu. He could’ve easily told me what was good on the menu or anything. But he got off and put someone else on to talk to me. She was very nice and patient. As soon as I finish my order, another lady pulled up behind me and then he jumps back on the intercom. No I will not be coming back. And I was hearing great things about this place. My sandwich was thrown together not warm at all. Super cold. But it is good. I warmed it up at home. This post is old. But it took place in Starkville Mississippi.

Nothing fancy but very simple, cheap and healthier version of fast food which can never go wrong. This one is the only J&J in town. I mostly ate, in home delivery. The staffs are really good and caring. So far never went wrong with my orders. Also, the home delivery is pretty fast compared to other eateries. I go for this whenever I feel down and need to eat fast.

I went and ate here first time and the service was fine. Restaurant was clean enough however whenever I ordered my roast beef sandwich apparently they do not serve Au jus sauce because the attendant had no idea what I was talking about. Sat ate the sandwich which was bland.

Nothing fast about this place. Employees working the drive thru give me the vibe that I’ve bothered them by pulling up to the window. Some of the least friendly staff in Starkville. Also, I ordered via delivery and when an hour had passed since they received my order, I called to cancel. I’ve been to a lot of Jimmy John’s locations around the United States, but I have never seen one as incompetently run as the one in Starkville, MS. The franchise owner ought to be ashamed.

I ordered through Jimmy Johns for the vet staff at MSU taking care of my very sick horse — I was out of town when he got sick and have never been to the campus myself, but the staff at Jimmy Johns was super willing to help me find where the food needed to go, and had it there early! Holly, specifically was super kind on the phone and made sure the order was correct and that it got in to the right hands!

The food is good but don’t use their app. Especially if you have a cash app card. I placed an order using the app and somehow the money was taken from cash app but the place said they never received my online order, so twice they took $12.84 from me and i did not receive any food.

ordered for the first time yesterday since I’ve been in Mississippi from Florida. It was fast as hell and really good, perfect to be honest. ordered again today (same exact order) and ol boy had a hella attitude and got me and my girl order wrong. instead of a turkey sandwich he gave me a turkey sub with tomatoes and kept saying I was wrong for about 10 minutes instead of fixing it. I was about done. But the manager called back and fixed everything immediately and even gave us a $5 credit. He did ask to be a little more specific which is understandable. At my university jimmy johns is always a choice when coach order us big orders of food for the athletic programs. So I’ll definitely continue to order again now and shout out to the manager he was amazing I wish I knew his name.. I’m not really sure why the other guy was so angry. smh
