10/10 one of my familys go to pizza places. Our order is always spot on. The times it hasnt been- the staff is extremely helpful and has always made it right. Won’t be back . When I work all week and want to go eat somewhere , I don’t go just to either take it home or eat in the car. And from what I was told, the dining room will not open back up. So I’m out . I will really miss it. One of the few places I love to go.

The restaurant took our order before 5pm was told it would be delivered by 530pm they kept changing the time and then when it did not show up after 6 pm we called and they were closed. So I went up to see what was up and there was no one there. So they took our order, money and never delivered it or called to say they couldn’t get it completed. Very unhappy with how they handled the order.

Had an issue with my order. Was missing a pizza. Called to inquire & the woman I spoke to was unbelievably rude. She was verbally abusive to me over the phone. Talking over top of me, raising her voice, & talking to me like I was absolutely stupid. I asked to speak to someone else & she refused. Said I couldn’t speak to anyone else, that she was the general manager. I just wanted to order the missing pizza & come back to pick it up. Was never even able to convey that to her because she was so belligerent. I told her never mind, I’d just go online & file a complaint & would never order from Pizza Hut again. She said “fine, you do that.” & I did. I then called Domino’s & ordered my missing pizza. Went & picked it up from there instead.

I ordered last night and it took two hours to get to my house. The store closed at 10pm and I did not receive my order until 10:50. I live 5 mins from the store so once I got my order it was cold and looked grossed. Customer service at the store is terrible and I will not be ordering again.
