Customer service ppl have no clue about the product. When I asked the one guy what he would recommend he said idk I don’t eat here and made a face like it was nasty. I asked the other girl what she would recommend and she told me she works pizza and don’t care for it. I asked if Italian dressing was in the pasta salad? They looked at each other and said uuuuuummmmmm I think. They then tried to confidently up sale a combo meal. The pizza looked old that was on display for sale and the same goes for the pasta and salad. I ordered the combo meal with a slice of pizza and I chose the pasta salad. Pasta salad was average and the pizza tasted like straight grease and watered down pizza sauce. Tasted liked it looked. With pizza being my favorite food and I eat pizza everyday I can honestly say sbarros won’t ever be my go to. I gave it 2 stars instead of 1 they had mt dew which is my second favorite thing.
