This place is absolute garbage. Rude employees. When asked for sour cream and didn’t receive it, the girl MiLove said “it’s on the quesadilla” which it wasn’t. And when I asked for it on the side she said “well you should have said that”. So rude. Didn’t cut the quesadilla and didn’t receive all my craving box items which were just thrown in a bag. Also looks like they took a bite out of my hard shell taco. Absolute trash employees. Amazed that they would hire such rude inconsiderate employees to talk to customers. I won’t be going back and being talked to that way again.

First off I haven’t been to a KFC in years. So I saw advertisement for the new chicken sandwich and decided to give it a try today (something I highly regret now.) I go through the drive thru and order the sandwich combo without pickles. There’s 1 car in front of me then 2 cars behind me. After paying she pulls me up behind the first car. By the time the 3rd car pays the first car was getting their food. So I pull up and the 3rd car pulls up behind me. A minute or so later the 3rd car gets there food then the 4th car after that. I think that’s messed up but at least my food is going to come out hot & freshly cooked. Boy was I wrong. I ended up waiting for about another 5 to 7 minutes before my food came out. Then when it came out the bag looked like they had just thrown the food in there and didn’t care. The fries was luke warm, sandwich was warm with a completely cold cold piece of cheese on it. Plus it had pickles on the sandwich. How can you justify making a person wait 10 or 15 minutes for food only to serve them incorrect & cold food?

My friends and family ordered two deluxe boxes from taco bell n only got one. Then we ordered a chicken box n got tenders. With corn that wasn’t cooked and the coleslaw had ants in it. So the food in general was trash. Do better.

Not sure how to say this. They took my order yesterday. Did not pay for it, as I was ignored at the window, so I drove away. It was Easter. I also worked on Easter, so I understand not wanting to work. But, why not just stay closed and save money on labor and other overhead???SMH

Stopped by my local KFC/ Taco Bell to pick up a bag of tacos. Drive thru was backed up around the building. So, I parked and went inside to place my “to-go” order. Great idea. The friendly staff took my order immediately and I bet I didn’t wait 5 minutes for my order. I tried the $5 Cheddar Chalupa box that I’ve recently seen advertised on TV. I highly recommend it. Two regular beef crunchy tacos accompany the Cheddar Chalupa and it comes with a beverage. I don’t eat it often, but when I do I’m never disappointed. I’ll be back.

This is the worst Taco Bell : KFC I have been to. They put nothing in the tacos but meat and sour cream. We ordered a 5 dollar bowl they only put Mac and cheese in it. The Mexican pizza looked like it was put together as an after thought

Walked in went to restroom which was dirty as can be water on floor paper towels on floor was just a mess told my wife we are leaving she said that’s OK 13$ for 5 strips and a biscuit is ridiculous so we went to dennys across the street. Restrooms cleaned and 5 straps and fries was only about 9$ no more KFC for me and my family we will stick with dennys from now on
