My husband and I were going to dine in for the first time in a long time. As we approached the counter the man was rude. Also found out that you have to use the kiosk machine to order. If you pay with cash you still have to order through the kiosk and then go to the counter to pay. The kiosk didn’t seem to give us an option of removing any ingredient, nor was it able to print a receipt. I did not get extra steak like I asked. There was barely any. Basically almost none. Between the rude people and the food that’s a messing the wrapper because it was literally thrown together was an overall bad experience. It made me remember why I stopped going to TacoBell. Rio Bravo just opened next to Target. Pay the extra couple dollars. The food and experience is definitely worth the extra. It’s not a fast good place, but cost almost the same and they do take out. Order before you leave your house and it’s basically a drive through because of how quick they are.

I ordered a chicken chalupa and got exactly what I ordered and enjoyed it very much. It was quick and easy. The service was pleasant and efficient. From a glance outside the restaurant was very inviting. The food looked very appetizing and tasted just as good as I imagined it would from the menu. Thank you taco bell for such an overall feeling of complete satisfaction. I recommend that other people eat here if they want a quick, easy, efficient, pleasant and very satisfying experience. It’s everything I could’ve wanted and at a modest price. Everything was running at tip top shape with an uncompromising ability to serve the customer. It’s so wonderful that taco bell really cares about real service for everyone.

Stated restaurant was open til 1am. Was on way back from an event and ordered ahead on the app. When arriving the employee working the drive thru said that they were closed for the night. They had no problem accepting the order on the app, but could not give me food and we shall see if they will provide a refund.

They actually followed my instructions for my food customizations! In Massachusetts, you’re lucky if they do one thing, but this one completely followed my requests. Service was pretty quick and the interaction with the staff was brief, professional, and to the point, which I like.

This is literally the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. Nothing is ever right, you ask them to double check they say it’s fine. They dont allow you to check your food at the window because they want the next guy behind you. You pull off to check and of course it’s not fine. Then the lobby is locked and you have to wait in a long line of cars to just tell them you are missing items. Mean while all your other food is getting cold. Someone has got to do something about this location. It’s horrible, all times of the day!

I’ve been to many TB’s in my life, this one is by far the Rudest! Could you maybe put some taco meat in the crunch wrap instead of all veggies! Pathetic! I literally took it apart and there was not any meat at all, just cheese and veggies! If I wanted vegan I would go somewhere else! You have no right to charge for something missing the main ingredient!
