I do post delivery … and this location service is extremely bad. This location on Friday June 9th,2023 at 10:23 pm had the doors locked. I knocked on the door to employees looking at me instead of saying .. Hello Ma’am we will be with you shortly. Instead they .. proceed to clean . It don’t matter what time of the day I go pick up an order the most rudest location. At first I thought it was me… but then I looked up there reviews. Omg I hope you ladies and gentlemen looking at this… and want to do better or leave and find a job you like to do. So sad store # 4555 needs improvement on Customer Service. There pizza is lit , customer service is trash ‼️‼️

The days of hot n ready are over. I’ve been coming here for years but lately it’s been getting worse and it’s not fault of the employees. Each time I come in there’s max maybe 2 people working sometimes it’s 1 person doing multiple jobs. This makes the wait ridiculous. What does management think they’re doing? Many people in the neighborhood come because it’s inexpensive so they must make a lot of sales but I guess management wants to have more profit so they sacrifice quality. Sometimes it’s obvious that they give super old pizza to customers that it tastes bland. Only way for you to not wait a million years is to order on the app and wait for it to be ready because if you walk in you can expect to wait 10-30 minimum.

This place has good pizza but bad service. Don’t get me wrong I will come here again but I ordered a pizza online at 8:40 and I went their at 9:20. I asked order for — then they said 15 more minutes keep in mind the estimated wait time was 15-20 minutes so it would have been ready at 9 o’clock and I left that place at 10:15 with no pizza why? Because they said sorry what’s the name and proceeded to “look for it” and said it’s another 15 minute wait. Worse service ever

I am only giving 1 star because the girl at the front taking orders was nice and she was doing 3 jobs at once, otherwise they don’t deserve it. I ordered at 5:59pm it was supposed to be ready by 6:14pm I got there at 6:20pm my email told me it was ready at 6:50pm then another said it was ready at 7:00pm I didn’t get it until 7:14pm. It was really crowded the lady in front of me was wait for an hour. The manager was very rude and had a bad attitude and kicked everyone out that had already ordered to make us wait outside and there was people outside begging for money so I went back in anyway. They are always short handed and I always have to wait a long time. They only had 1 girl working in thee back, one girl at the register and the manager who was rude. I would’ve asked for free crazy bread for the wait, but I didn’t want to wait even longer for them. This location always has very bad service and this is my last time going there. I will go 5 more miles out of my way to get my pizza from now on.

The cashier said because they were busy I could not customize my order. Customer service gets a big Zero for me. If he didn’t know how to add it on he should have just said that. Instead I’m taking this to corporate I’m sure they’d like to know they boxing the pizza right next to garbage.

Ridiculous every-time I come here off Mesa. Should have plenty of pizzas ready at certain times knowing a bunch of people are ordering. The system for waiting for a pizza is ridiculous. Should have a worker come out to tell you when your order ready since only 4 allowed in the store. Or have a text you when ready system. Before ordering they should tell you it’s a wait before you pay. Terrible service non friendly. What’s the point of hot and ready and they never have any ready. Lol ijs
