Delivery has gone downhill and food is not quite as good as it used to be. I ordered directly through the website and took over an hour for delivery. I probably could have gotten it faster via DD or GH but I’m not paying the extra price. What happened to freaky fast? You also forgot my napkins

I was in a hurry before work and needed something to eat. I ordered the spicy Italian. I told them I was in a hurry. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. Antonio told me it wouldn’t take long and checked bqck to tell me it would be just a few minutes longer. I got my sandwich and got to my shift at the hospital. Thanks Antonio.

Ordered 5 sandwiches and found a long blonde hair in one. Called and they offered store credit. Won’t eat here again a store credit is ridiculous. $85 for someone’s hair in my food is not worth it.

This is by far the WORST jimmy johns to go too. It’s been an hour and my food hasn’t even been put on delivery. if you’re hungry don’t order from here you could order from an actual restaurant and get it delivered faster then jimmy johns. So much for “freaky fast”

Ordered on the 16th for lunch delivery. It took just a few minutes under an hour for it to arrive. Freaky slow delivery. As I ate I noticed a hair baked into the bread (French bread) so that was also super awesome.

I’d give 0 stars if I could! So many times I have ordered and not received my order until it’s 45 minutes late. I make a point to have delivery come way before my lunch and today I am still waiting for my lunch. Made my order at 9 this morning and there is NO EXCUSE for my food to be this late. DO NOT ORDER FEIM THIS PLACE!!!!!! Horrible horrible horrible and all they say is tuff luck we only have one driver.

Of all the JJ’s in Vancouver I usually hit this one up because the staff is always friendly, the bread is always soft as a pillow and the store is always very clean inside. The Vito is my go to sandwich!

Came in and ordered the lu sandwich. Not even 20 seconds “my” sandwich is ready. Thanks for the ten dollar mess up our sandwich that didn’t get picked up. Shouldn’t the sandwich be made to order? I even left a $2 tip. Won’t go back. At least house makes the sandwich to order.
