They do not greet you. They do not smile. They do not make orders correctly. They do not give you all of your order. They will not add condiments. They will not bag the order for you. They do not fix it when it’s wrong. They do not have a working phone and apparently it’s been that way for over a year! They do not know who to contact if their is a problem. And apparently have no manager. Highly recommend going anywhere else other than here!!!!

The drive-thru wait wasn’t too bad. Unfortunately, the cashier seemed to be in a bad mood, and was constantly telling her coworker how “she just didn’t care.” Returned home, and found that about half our order was missing. I won’t be returning.

It took 30-35 minutes to get “fast food” here for Myself, my wife, my 8 year old, and 9 month old baby. We ordered chicken tenders and sliders, and didn’t receive all of our order. Even after the long wait.. We went inside from the drive through, where I had to pick up the food. The opposite purpose of a drive through.. I was met by a rude individual and no apology from the manager, who saw everything going down from the moment we pulled up. We won’t be back.. This customer service left a bad taste in my Family’s mouth.

The lady working the window was rude and lied about not having large cups. Then, when we go in to talk to the manager, he says they do not have any large cups, and the cup the rude driver thru lady gave us was a small. So instead of telling us we do not have large cups for the large combo, you try to scam us never going back to this Arby’s ever!!

The service was good even though the cashier was the cook, cashier and order taker.. She was very professional… I wish that someone would hire people at this pflugerville location… If it is the young black lady tonight, then it’s the young black manager… What’s the problem….???? My food was fixed just almost right..Lol… Just didn’t have tomatoes…. So she refunded the different…. Please do not put onion rings on my sandwich… I asked for onions…. Not onion rings… So I am taking that they didn’t have anymore onions… Good try… But I did enjoy my sandwich… Roast beef classic… Yummy… Pflugerville needs to get some help please and thank you…. Teresa… 3/2/23 today was great. They still need help. Drive thru was crazy so I came inside. I did the fish sandwich I do not like seafood but babe thank you Darius Cook… where is the lie??? The roast beef was good nothing special nothing bad. The regular fries were unsalted. So if you want salt I guess ask to make sure. The curly fries were over done and old.

chicken buger was good and good mozarella sticks, on the other service they are lacking, had to wait on front when going drive thru cuase chicken was not ready, also i went for the burger and they didn’t have it available.

Ordered the new wagyu beef burger. It was overcooked so I sent it back and they pleasently cooked me another. Same problem… Only thing I have ever eaten at Arby’s I didn’t like. Shame.
