We ordered the papa bowls. 1st of all they are nothing like the pictures or commercial. It’s very little toppings stretched out in the pan to make it look full. I racked it all to the corner and it’s not even 1/2 full. Although it was tasted, it’s definitely not worth the price.

Can you guys please work on not burning the heck out of your gluten free pizza to the point of it being inedible? I am understanding to the fact cooking or baking with gluten free products or dough is difficult at times because, it cooks differently compared to traditional dough…. I literally couldn’t consume a majority of this pizza though. I am usually not one to complain but, this has happened multiple times. I mean it cost as much as a large traditional pizza 16.99 (which I don’t mind) but, could you at least just make it not taste like charred food that you just scraped out of your oven.

Pizza is good but very cold. Every time I order it takes almost 2hrs just to receive my order. I called the store this previous time to check on where my order was & the person answering the phone had an attitude & said my pizza was on the way! I will never order from this Papa John’s again! Customer service has gone down hill. I rather go further to pick my pizza up.

I call papa John’s pizza local in my area I order the Parmesan pizza and 2 liter Pepsi. When the delivery driver arrived he had only my pizza not my 2 liter Pepsi. The driver told me he was going back get my drink. So I waited about 20 to 25 minutes he haven’t came back and the pizza is getting cold. So I call the papa John pizza the manager on duty answer and I told him about my drink he said the driver on his way do I waited 30 minutes more. When he arrived with my drink and my pizza was cold and hard due to waiting on a 2 liter. I ask the manager for corporate or district manager number. He refused to give me the info so I look up the info my self.

Ordered pizza said 26-36 minutes my clocks must be wrong it was 78 minutes. The pizza was slightly warm but not hot. I order weekly last week they told me an hour and that was fine. Had they told me or called me to let me know it was going to be late. I could have said no I will do something else. It’s called customer service. Learn it practice it

Did not get my order correct! I orders 1 large stuffed crust, was told only parm cheese all that was available! Said ok, with extra garlic butter. I received a middle with 1 garlic butter not even regular crust, was a thin crust!!! Will not order from ypu again!
