If I could give none (or negative stars) I would, I ate breakfast at this location and got so violently ill on my way out of town on business, that I had to stop at a hotel until I recovered from the severe food poisoning I received. When I called to inform them of this problem once I had recovered, both from the location itself and from Dunkin corporate I received rude and inconsiderate responses such as “I don’t know what you want us to do about it!” And got hung up on twice. This isn’t the first time I was poisoned here either.

Coffee can taste good but depends on who’s making it. 90% of the time I order the same thing it always turns out diffrent. Half the time I get espresso in my iced coffee they forget it especially if I order through Doordash. What’s the point in having the pumps if it’s never the same? Some days my coffee is pretty dark as I like it and others its just straight milk with diffrent sweetners in it. It’s not just this site either its the company as a whole. I’d say out of all the times I’ve ordered from dunkin i probably got what I actually ordered 6 times. Even starbucks gets it right most of the time and I order the same thing both places. I just don’t understand how the coffee can be so diffrent everytime yet the order never changed
