On vacation here in Hartwell, and this is the best we’ve had since being here! The wings, were hot/spicy, and fresh! The funnel cake sticks were Amazing! We will definitely be back.

This has not been our experience in the past, but tonight’s service at this restaurant was dismal. The three young servers (predominantly two of them) were barely working at all. Our personal server only came to our table to take our order and bring our drinks initially.. Never checked on us one time. We had to approach the servers at the counter where they were non stop chatting or playing on their phones in order to even get refills on our drinks! Doing so changed nothing… they still did not come to the table one time to ask how the meal was, if we needed anything etc… very disappointing for a restaurant that we enjoy… The food was delicious as always, this restaurant just needs better servers than what they had tonight 8/9/23.

Atmosphere was good. Had good vibes to it . Went to the bar and waitress had a bit of an attitude. Order wings and fries . Wings were cooked Lil too hard it had cut the ruff of my mouth . But I loved their flavors . I got Jamaican jerk and lemon-yaki.

Food was still good but the service has went down severely. After our food was delivered we never saw our server again. We needed refills and when I finally got to the point flames where about to shoot out my nose I stopped someone who was hurrying by to get a refill. The atmosphere seems more depressed and unprofessional, which is another hit to the visit. I suggest carry out but since we drive an hour and half to get here we’ll think about it a little more before making a visit. I really hope things get better bc this was our “go to” place for the best wings around.

Expect to wait if you go during peak hours. Having said that, they really do a great job! Their wings are cooked to perfection. I got hooked on their chicken strips plate dipped in lemon-yaki! Dip it in ranch dressing and you will fall in love too! Their banana pudding is like a banana pudding cake. Delicious! They don’t have much on their menu that I haven’t tried and liked or loved! One time I got an overcooked philly cheese steak, but that was years ago, when they were in a much smaller location and take-out only. Since moving to their current location they have just simply been killing it!

The food was amazing as always!! We had a little issue with our service. We were brought the wrong food. She took that away and brought our poppers without the ranch. It took a few minutes to get the ranch. Everyone is always very nice!!!

Overall: Great wing spot for sure! Beautiful atmosphere, decor (went during Christmas season), and overall experience. Only thing we didn’t like was the “seat yourself” and catfish. The seat yourself resulted in a delay in service, we had to get up and ask for assistance. After we were assigned a person it was pretty smooth sailing. (See Fish section below)

After a disappointing trip to a closed racetrack. I stopped to get chicken wings for when I got home. Apparently with blue cheese and celery on top,package easily rolled on side. When I got home all sauce drained into bag soaking napkins leaving wings flavorless and short one wing. Praise the Lord! I didn’t hit the deer that ran out.
