I asked for teriyaki chicken and Ruth threw a slab on the board cut it in half and then placed it on my plate…so after I got a knife and cut it up, it was tasty. Good food…not the friendliest service I am use to. Oh well better luck next time.

Haven’t been to a Panda Express in several years so the wife and I decided to try it. Last I remember was a large menu and kinda pricey. It seems like they pared down the menu, lowered prices, and reduced portion sizes. All fine, we still had plenty to eat. My wife had pepper beef with fried rice. I had Angus beef with fried rice. We got two chicken egg rolls. The rice and slightly over fried egg rolls were great. Our beef was just okay. The beef on my wife’s lunch had an odd flavor, like fridge taste or slightly spoiled, though it wasn’t. It just didn’t taste right. Could have been the seasoning giving an off flavor. I can’t put my finger on it. The Angus beef was tender and tasted fine. I liked the flowering broccoli and dark brown sauce. Overall it was just okay. Not sure we’ll go back to this location.

Dine in was closed before hours posted on the door. Drive thru line was crazy insane and I wanted to be in an out but lobby was closed by 9:10. It’s a hit or miss at this location sometimes food is missing some ingredients for example once the fried rice had no egg, another time the Kung pao chicken had no peanuts, orange chicken bearly had any sauce. Never know what to expect here. Recommend Elgin location, it’s a bit farther drive but haven’t been disappointed there.

This place needs to get their act together. They were out of rice and half of the entrees. They were also out of medium cups so I got a small. They had signs that said they were only accepting exact change or credit card so I used a card. I went to the drink fountain and found out they were out of almost half the drinks. I went to get a lemonade but it came out straight water . I went back to the cash register and kindly asked for a refund on the fountain drink because I don’t drink soda and they were out of lemonade. She didn’t understand what my problem was so she got another lady to help me .She said well there is also tea for a non soda choice. I told her I don’t like tea plus it’s against my religion anyways. She then told me she didn’t have the authority to give me a refund because she isnt a manager. I told her to get a manager. She told me there was no manager there. I told her to call one. She then told me that her manage just walked in the store. They talked and agreed to reimburse me for the fountain drink but I had to return the small cup I got for a mini water cup. She then asked if it was ok to give me cash . I suprised that that was possible when they refused to take cash unless it was exact change. The only reason we came here was because the Wendy’s next door had no a/c and was still operating with 100°+ temperatures inside it was literally cooler outside with these triple digit Temps we are having. What a mess.

One of the best panda expresses I’ve been to!! All workers we very nice and gave us more food than usual for a Panda Express (they weren’t skimpy). Food was great as well. Highly recommend!

Food never tastes fresh or hot. The tables are always dirty as is the fountain area. Garbage is overflowing and the iced tea containers are typically empty.

They kept on running out of food. Cooks did what they could to put it out there on the line to serve. However, the servers waited until there was a miniscule of items there…to say how long on this & that? We’re out! Like come on….you know your down to even less than half left give the cooks heads up so they don’t feel rushed& overwhelmed. Also, the lobby & the restroom was filthy.

Not bad service, but the food is usually very pre heated for being there right at noon for lunch….rangoons and egg rolls are almost always dry/burnt. Just an average place to eat lunch, but not my 1st option in Manor.

Horrible customer service and under poor poor management. Not only did they tell me to wait for my order but they also couldn’t “find my car”. I had to go into the resturant myself after 20 minutes to pick up my food that was already done. To top that off, the manager had no interest in helping me or correcting the issue. To top that off, the food was poorly constructed and thrown together in the food containers. So much for “Chinese finest”. There’s never any white rice available every time I go there too. There’s always a wait for something. Please avoid
